We stayed there because it was close to the family member we were visiting in Milan. It met all our needs but was not particularly interesting.

During my recent stay, I encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning in my room. However, the staff at the hotel promptly resolved the problem and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me. The location of the hotel was also convenient for exploring the city. The only drawback was the tiny bathroom and shower, but it didn't detract from the overall positive experience.
